    They can't sell it from the store, because that would break the EULA. They tried letting people buy it in-game like every other normal weapon, but it did not work, so it was removed. Since development for war is going towards war 2.0 instead, you probably won't be able to obtain any premium guns again.

    Only way you can do it is if you win a Brawl coupon, since you can get pre-EULA stuff with these coupons. Check the Brawl news for the easier coupons to get (by getting the most reports or the most votes).

    As @SoCool21 has stated, the 'donor' guns are unbuyable because of the EULA rule enforced my Mojang.
