Idea Updating, when?: Class idea

So i do understand that brawl most likely won't be updating to a higher version of the game for a long time. I also understand the server doesn't need any new CTF classes. However i still wanted to post my idea!

Dragon Enchancer class.

So the main idea for this is that the player is using the 1.9 elytra (correct me if i'm wrong!). Before you start to say, 'but not all maps can use this' please keep reading and take a look at what the kit includes.

Armour: Full black leather 9 not including chest) prot 3, new ingame dragon head prot 4. An unbreakable elytra prot 3.
Abilities: In your inventory you will find a air booster (grey dye renamed) which will bob u up in the air
( around 20 blocks), showing air particles below, if you time this just right you can set sale on you elytra giving you a good advantage point.
Weapons: Your weapon is 2 things, 1 being a ghast tear renamed dragon chaw, this is weak and only causes 2 damage (sharpness 2). The second is your power, named Dragons breath, (a potion of dragons breath). Using this while above player and flying you elytra will spout out end particles dealing a mass amount of damage. Where as on the ground it will cause less damage.
