Sometimes I wish brawl was still MCPVP, or the beginning of Brawl.

FYI, everyone hated hclewk when he promoted some other person all the way to admin or sth I forgot before MCPVP transferred, and then most of the admins and mods quit after the promotion. I don't know why people are still saying MCPVP was the best, when clearly the player base went down a lot and the community and forums was a mess.

Yeah, @SoCool21 told me McPvP had a sketchy history.

 

@SoCool21 summed it up pretty well here. You can't just cut out all negativity and hope everything will be alright, life doesn't work like that. That's not to say there's no hope, there's plenty. With that said, it's pretty damn obvious things aren't as good as they once were. Look at both the good and the bad when you judge something, and that applies just as much to MCPVP as it does to Brawl. He's not wrong in that MCPVP had a sketchy history, after all..

 

You're both right. But we can't #Soon War 2.0 until the community gets impatient and quits. Brawls efficiency is lacking right now in terms of developing gamemodes, so I would just make less hype for all these things until the end is near. This is one cause of a ton of negativity, I was watching this MCBrawl exposed video, and apparently War 2.0 has been hyped for a few years. People are just waiting patiently, and by the time it comes out half have given up and left Brawl. We need to hype things up, but not keep everyone waiting until they give up. And I know it's very close to coming out, and it will be fun, but it's still coming out later than it should. I mean no criticism to Totom, he's a great Developer and is doing very well, but it's just a little slower than some of the community would like in my opinion. I know this has improved since Putty became owner, but still needs some work.

AAAAHHHHH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!

Basically the mods and admins were having issues with promotion order among many other things, and the player base was just a clusterduck of people with different opinions and pent up rage at the game.

The straw that broke the camel's back was the promotion of Budokkan, some Brazilian YouTuber or whatever, straight to admin. Hclewk basically killed his own game by not really paying attention to his player base or mods. When people rightly complained he lost it on his players, the admins and mods quit En masse, and the player base revolted

I mean, MCPVP was a sh*tshow.
