The 3rd Revamp

A while back I made the "CTF Global Discord", it was a very slow start and seemed to be a failed attempt at introducing people to Discord for a while. Eventually people joined, though. The server since was active for brief periods of time with periods of a drought. After a while of not playing CTF I have regained an interest in playing and thus have revamped the Discord to bring in more active people.

What's Different?​

The Capture the Flag Discord has undergone a lot of changes overtime and has had many different phases in its life. Now, I have decided to take the remnants and strip it down to its essential parts. The purpose of the Discord is the same: a place for people who play CTF to exist and talk to each other. Activity is dependent on the people, so there will be an attempt to promote activity.​

Leveling Star System​

There used to be a leveling system in the Discord, but was rather passive in nature. Currently, we utilize the same chat leveling system but have added a Star Ranking system that adds onto the experience. Leveling to specific levels will boost your Star Ranking. Currently, people with varied Star Ranks get perks like having custom emojis and even custom roles. People 2★ can enroll to be a helper in the Discord Servers.

Matches​

Since my time being absent from CTF the concept of Player Pool Matches has become a rather frequent and common thing. With enough active people I wish to seek scheduling matches for members of the Discord to participate in. I wish to make matches unique rather than standard, and will be gauging interest in this over time. Currently I have plans in mind of hosting a match which allows Necro to be playable. Other ideas such as matches with randomized class limits are possible as well.

To join the Discord, you must have a registered E-Mail Address and must be registered on Discord for more than 5 minutes. This is to reduce the risk of any spam accounts joining.

Ranks

• 10★ The Server Owner (Currently Me)​
• 9★ Server Administrators​
• Music Music Bots that can be used in chat​
• Bots Miscellaneous Discord Bots​
• Helper People who help manage roles and keep order in the server. Can manage messages and kick. 2★ members and above can apply to be a helper​
• In-Game Staff Discord Users that are actual Staff In-Game without concern for their specified rank​
• Discord Since people dislike being pinged, this role is for pinging people who have an interest in updates involving the Discord.​
• 1★ - 5★ The leveling ranks that come with their own perks​

Rules​

1. Don't be disrespectful​
2. Keep things in their designated channels​
3. Don't incite drama​
4. Listen to helpers and 9★ ranks. If you do not listen to them you can lose the ability to level or have your rank reset entirely​
5. No NSFW content​

Our current list of members is at 200, but most have considered this chat inactive for a while. I hope to change that.

I think you shouldn't point fingers at a clique when the entire community is based off cliques, hypocrisy is the worst when you point fingers not admitting to your own biases. The post is for those people who want to see if they fit into the clique and if you're not a fan then your personality would clash with our offensive and brazen attitude.
