AMA I'm kinda curious to see what you guys think up

Yes. I was immensely hurt; not because of me not getting it, but because of someone else getting it instead. I was fine with party not having an smod, because I truly thought I was the best fit for the job and it would come eventually. The promotion shattered that.

That it changes how the staff are decided, how people get credit, things like that. There are a lot of hardworking staff members who won't ask for a higher rank because it's rude, but they're hoping for it and they'd be a good fit for it.

I think it's downfall will be lack of developement. Because of the lull when war and warz were popular, many people moved on. Now that there aren't enough devs to cater to every server's needs, people have forgotten about the server entirely, and unless updates are made, people will not change their opinions of brawl.

If I was owner, I'd probably put a new staff system in place. This system would state that all staff members must comment and make suggestions on their server's ideas threads. Then they must pass the best ideas to the higher ups, in this case the managers, who would refine and discuss possible changes with the other mods and the creator of the thread. At which point, the manager would send it over to the admins, who would further refine. Then it goes to the devs. I'd also put into place abother rule, stating that if the staff manager is on the fence about a possible new jmod, they must give them the benefit of the doubt for that first month they are in training. They should be given trial jmod, and a mod for that server would be their mentor, kind of like what I did with ryan. This would increase the amount of good staff members.

mhm! It's a huge chain of amusement parks, with roller coasters, thrill rides, shows, food, and sometimes waterparks as well. We have one by us, so we go alot. ^-^
