    Hello current Brawlers. This is my last thread ever going to be created. I have been Perm Banned on Brawl because of multiple banned accounts have been sourced to this ip https://www.brawl.com/appeal/view/351443451576606
    I share this computer with my Older Brother (mentioned in multlipe Threads)
    I log out of every session, and he learned about brawl. He is a hacker, as his main account has been Perm on Mineplex, Hypixel, and Cubecraft. I have never had a true ban (Exepect the 1st one, account comprimised)
    If you are saying that I hack, I don't. I bought Lifetime Elite since I love this server so much. I bought Lifetime VIP, and a Unban. I have truly loved this server, from War, and War-Z, to Wild West. I would like to thank all the kindess you fellow brawlers have allowed me, and to grow wisdom from experinces in Wild West.
    I would like to been unbanned, as this server is like a needle in a Haystack, it's simpily amazing. I will have trouble finding other servers amazing as this, and the community.

    Rip another victim of the putty appeal denying spree. You honestly don't deserve to be treated like this but they don't care, lol. Chargeback your lifetime elite, your chances of being unbanned with the staff being as they are is in the negatives.

    You also have to realize that we have no idea if he is lying or not about his brother. Not sure how much other staff know jbird but to me, this could all just be a lie. Not saying this story is true, just saying that this could be a cover up to get unbanned.
    Flame all you want but it's not like we don't care. His "brother" and him would both be on the same ip making it hard for the higher ups to distinguish from right to wrong.

    How would you respond if the same thing happened on your server? Hacker hacks on it, you IP ban him, and an alt that claims to be the hackers well behaved brother says that wasn't him but his brother's fault.

    Why would I hack if I bought LIFETIME VIP, Unban, and then LIFETIME Elite? I bought a $104 rank, what to "hack" on a server? not only that, but I spent $10 to an unban. I have loved this server deeply, and if I didn't why would I buy stuff?

    You also have to realize that the whole "I have a brother who hacked on my account (or similar)) is a commonly used excuse so of course we would be skeptical

    You'd be surprised. There have been plenty of lifetime elite, mvp, and vips that have hacked and gotten banned

    We'd love to believe you, but like @GetShadowRealmed said, this "my brother hacked, not me" excuse is commonly used.

    You actually don't know this though. His brother could be hacking him. Yes it could be an excuse, but you don't actually know if it's actually real.

    Sorry if your story is true. I just hope that you can see our side of the story and how hard it is for us. Especially the higher ups with permbanned players.

    Your ban is not truly permanent. You have a chance to appeal and come back in the future. As long as your "brother" doesn't alt.

    This one has, but if you reappeal in a few months, you may be unbanned as long as no suspicious things are found.

    Permbans can be appealed in 6 months if the accused doesn't hack within the time period. (This means keeping your so called brother off the server). This also means no alting, period. If we catch you back on on an alt, the time will be reset and you will have to wait another 6 months

    Some permabanned players have been unbanned after 4 months.

    6 months is regular time. 4 months is still long.

    Plus we know Brawl makes exceptions. @TheTrogs has several banned accounts linked to his IP, and this was before he was SMod.

    Since I am Banned for who-knows how long, I will still be active on the fourms, and hoping to see the Brawl Community strive, and Excell. (If I am active, Will it reduce my time ban, Like Wild West Prison? :wink: )
