Add a parole for people that get unbanned from perm bans

    Some people that get perm bans can get unbanned, but, some people get unbanned and then just talk all toxic and do all the things they used to do until they get banned. I have a more efficient way. If someone is perm banned and they get unbanned to make them not AS toxic we can add a parole. So if a perm banned player who gets unbanned has 5-6 mutes they auto get banned, permanently. This will stop a few people who get unbanned from getting all toxic again and then will help staff in dealing with them, again. But only if they are bad. What do you all think?

    Edit: After 3 months the parole will end for the permbanned player. If you want it longer or shorter comment.

    It's pretty hard to come back from a perm ban, and people who escape one tend to behave themselves. Even without a parole system.

    Yes. For instance, people are talking about Joker appealing from a permban. If you take a look at his ban/mute records he has 60+ mutes and 5+ bans. So if he got over 5 mutes (If he actually gets unbanned.) he will be gone, for good. It doesn't make me feel like Joker would act very different than before. Do you want Joker terrorizing people again?

    It's mainly for permbanned players that are appealed.

    @Ekali Were you permbanned?

    Also, was your last ban 3 months ago or more?

    The better way would just not be unbanning players who would still break rules once they come back. Unless the player can show they've changed in their appeal, they should remain banned.
