    Spectating players while dead gives you high and unfair advantage over others, with you getting information such as the location of the player. Especially when it comes to us sheriffs who have over a minute of free spectating, which is against the handbook.

    Removing it could solve the problem as you suggested above. +1.

    This could be solved by replacing the 10 seconds of Gamemode 3 (Spectator mode), with 10 seconds of Gamemode 0 or 2, but with invisibility and flymode enabled.
    This would create an identical effect, but without the ability to TP to people.
