    Hey partiers,

    This map is not new by any means, but it was something that I had never made an official thread about, so how could I expect feedback on how to improve? This is an infection tag map I built a while back with the help of @Eil working on the big item block you see in the centre of the map, @brann22 helping with the lettering, coloring, and underground piping,
    @Armiral_Mugman for helping me recolor all the pipes and being a great critique, and @SFAT giving me great advice on how to make the map livelier.

    For me, infection tag was always something of a hide-and-seek-run game. Because of this view I had, I wanted to try to create a map that would cater to that kind of gameplay. I don't believe many of us enjoy camping on pillars or hiding in corners (or behind the purple stairs, shhhh) so I hope that with this map we'll see more of a shift from camping to running and hiding. Each opening has at least one other exit, so there won't be many choke points, but it's a pretty expansive map and with multiple tunnels, platforms, and other neat tricks to use to your advantage, zombies will have a hard time of getting to the living :wink:

    I'd like to see a little more color variation (the greens are still a bit overbearing) but other than that it looks really neat! Would love to see this replace the current infect map as it is a bit vanilla/uninteresting

    Yes, I'd like to add more color variation as well, but not sure where to begin. I was thinking the floor but tried a few combinations and none seemed to really stick. Any suggestions?

    could mix in some light browns, grays (i.e. stone), and more of the white blocks. That shouldn't look too bad

    adding more vines might give the walls more texture although that might cause some players to lag. You could add mushrooms, fence posts, other miscellaneous blocks too. Not to clutter it up too much but just to make the map look richer

    I like the idea of mixing the grass with greys and browns like dirt and gravel and I think I have the wall ok now. Here's a quick pic. 2017-08-18_02.47.48.png

    Although I only play party now and again it looks much better than the one that is in rotation ATM. Easy +1 gj !!

    Update:

    I have been working with @Armiral_Mugman on repainting the pipes to make it less green-based. I will be updating the album pictures below once I'm finished. Thank you for the criticism, guys!

    Here is the new and improved color scheme. Adding @Armiral_Mugman to the tags.
