    These teams are really gonna help bring spark back to the server and I’m happy it has happened.
    Completely agree with this, if we had the same staff team from 2 years ago they’d be drained and wouldn’t want to play anymore, rotation needs to happen so things move on.

    Yeah - everyone on each team has a specific role to do. The system is aimed to let staff members contribute to the management of the server if they want to, and it's certainly been an improvement from before in most teams.
