Resignation Goodbye Friends

Life’s changed a lot for me over the past half-year or so, in the name of work, college, and making new friends. Unfortunately a lot of my interest and dedication to Brawl has declined as a result and I’ve decided to finally call it quits after a couple awesome years of being a staff member. It’s nothing to do with Brawl, just an overall shift in interest has caused me to spend my time elsewhere.

I’m not going to get into a sob story or a gritting tale about my experiences at Brawl, but I do want to say that it’s been a huge highpoint in my life. I’ve gotten to meet a bunch of wonderful people I wouldn’t have otherwise gotten to. The staff team has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. What started as an opportunity to ban people and try to aid the dead game-mode of the Hardcore Games turned into something wonderful, and I won’t ever forget it. (someone let me know if I still got the most bans my crowning achievement)

I know I never said a lot as a staff member, but I just want to wish Brawl the best of luck. I’ll still stick around, and you can message me to add on discord if you want to talk or just chill.

@DarkTitan_ : Rockies baseball has sadly come to an end, but I know our friendship wont. Thank you for always being up to chat about whatever.
@Lord_Roke : Thank you for being the anchor and good guide throughout my time as a staff member. I know not everyone liked your bluntness, but I always appreciated you would be straightforward and honest with me.
@chickenputty : Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be an SMOD. I know I haven't exactly performed too well in the latter months but I hope I was able to make meaningful contributions from the time I was here.
@Canoodle : I'm not sure exactly what it was exactly that you saw in me a couple of years ago, but man have times changed. Thank you for giving me a chance to be a staff member and someone I knew I could always fall back on.
@Miskey : Thank you for letting me onto your CTF team. Somewhat sad I haven't even participated in a match yet, but hopefully someday.
@Doges : The guy who was always there but seemingly wasn't at the same time. I know I can always fall back on you to talk about college and the hard subjects that come with it.
@MattM1PVP : Thank you for being another guy I could come and talk to whenever. I'm sorry that HG never got back to where it used to be.
