Glitch Grenade Glitch

    You can once again, grenade glitch. By throwing a grenade and doing /switch right after, the grenade will kill your previous team mates. (Tested this with a moderator on an empty server)

    This is pretty hard to solve. This was a problem year's ago where they will throw a grenade at there teammate's and kill themselves in Infected. To solve this is like maybe removing the grenade when team switch.
