Question for competive teams/future team members.

I don't really get the point of this, coop matches are made just like regular matches, a new discord is made simply to get the players from both teams into one spot and keep strats and stuff between the teams. If you would be making the discord you would be able to know the roster / tactics / whatsoever beforehand and have an unfair advantage if you are on the opposite side.
The representatives, I speak out of my own experience and opinion, are perfectly cool with the rep discord and don't make coops in a different way. They either decide between themselves and ask whatever teams they want or simply post a message in the discord asking for who would want to do a coop with / against them.

So it's a PPM server for co-op PPMs? Why don't you just organize the co-op PPMs on a PPM server you're a part of? In fact, with the whole "Player pool" concept, you can't make co-ops from PPMs because PPMs are already essentially co-ops but with players from various different teams and some teamless ones too.

 

If the reps want a co-op match they'll ask for a co-op match in the rep chat it is as simple as that.

I think you guys are a bit off from Burning's intentions with the server. If I'm interpreting this correctly, he wanted to make a server for co-ops to use instead of needing to recreate a server every time a co-op is organized (similar to the PPM servers). It wasn't really supposed to be a place where people were going to schedule co-ops, but instead act as an open server with ready-made roles to make organizing easier for both teams.

That being said, co-ops are far and few between, so I don't really see the necessity of it any time soon. People can also use their own team servers as the host for their side of the co-op, inviting their partner team over to their server. It's a neat idea, but I don't think it would be used often.
