roles of staff members (what you signed up for)

I don't necessarily want them demoted immediately, I want the rules to be enforced more strictly so that they know that they will be demoted if they continue to ignore their job. all the inactive staff members like Blamo and Aboves were gone for literally months at a time and saw that they still had their rank after, so they assumed they would be able to keep it as well as being inactive. I'm assuming they weren't warned about it very much (@Blamo @Aboves correct me if I'm wrong). but if the higher ups enforced the requirements their activity would've either gone up if they wanted to keep the rank, they would resign themselves, or they would ignore it and be demoted instead of just being demoted in the first place.

and I don't want to be staff. Trump is a garbage president but that doesn't mean that if I run it'll be better, if anything it'll be worse. and yet people still complain about him, so they vote for a new president. I vote for new staff and voice my opinion which should be enough, but the staff are lacking on their side (including the higher ups sometimes).

I left the staff team initially because I was treated like sh*t. same with several other staff members that I worked with. I don't know if it's changed since then, but if it hasn't that's probably part of the reason some staff go inactive.
