we need staff

If someone's interested in getting staff but is not mature enough (or doesn't meet any other requirement), then I'll give them as much advice and help as possible to help them meet the requirement. I do this when people first post their application and encourage them to PM me for more advice or feedback, and if they do so I'll always respond and help them with anything they need.

If someone meets all the requirements but isn't applying for staff, I'll try and encourage them to apply. A lot of the time they don't consider themselves ready or don't think we need them on the staff team, when this usually isn't the case.
