I think the booster idea is excellent and would be beneficial to brawl if it could easily be implemented. From a coding standpoint, I think having the banner be seen as a wool block rather than a banner for certain players could be a tricky situation and could be done easier using a resource pack. However, if a resource pack can solve the situation, people who really want to bring wool back as the flag could simply just edit the texture themselves rather then spending money on a temporary booster.

 

Never played on MCPVP, but I would definitely buy that cosmetic. But this also coming from the guy who bought lifetime MVP and the Hacker tag. Nevertheless, I love the idea! +1

Edit: Would it act like wool used to? By that I mean would it leave the flag carrier's helmet on, or would it act the same as a banner, but the banner would just look like wool?

 

I think this could be a good idea but along with ju3n said I don't know why people would buy it when there is a free texture pack.

I'm sure brawl has other ways to gain a profit from their store. Especially with their special events, like the one for Valentine's Day.

 

I really like this idea, I think it would be best as a booster considering the fact that it would be hard to have just have one person see it if they buy it but. If its not that tricky it would be a great idea for a cosmetic kit. But have to also put into fact that a lot of people haven't played on MCPVP and wouldn't know if they would like it or not since they're so use to just the banners. So it might be pointless just to have it for those who did play on MCPVP. But I think having it has a booster would be a good idea.

I dont think there should be a booster which forcibly changes the appearance of the flag for everyone, considering some players prefer the banner and it could be confusing for newer players if the flag keeps changing appearance. I'd be much more in favour of switching the banner to wool for a single player (even if it can be done already it could still be a good revenue source and possibly less buggy (?) ), and a previously suggested idea which is the ability to add a custom design to the banner (presumably similar to an optifine cape). I don't think anyone should be forced over to wool though, considering it has been a banner for years now.

I think it's a good idea but I doubt it would go through. It's a surefire way to make Brawl money because people will buy this, and I don't see a problem putting a price on it. It's a win for both parties.
