Change the item descriptions

When you use the class selector, click on elf and hover over the elements, the descriptions are incorrect.
I would suggest:
- Adding the root ability and its duration to the pure element description.
- Adding the 2 arrow cost for the wind element description.
- Changing the 'pushing players away' effect into a vortex for 2 seconds and adding it to the wind element description.
- Adding the effects given by the water element and their duration to the water element description.
