Raid Map 3 - EOTM Event

    Hello all,

    If you haven't already read; Raid has reached the end of the map, and is resetting. You can read all about this, and the new features here. Every map we have an event at the End to give it a good send off.

    ☰ What

    The EOTM event will begin with a chest chase. Chests containing non-vanilla-survival items will be placed around the 512 block area (within 512 blocks of spawn). Coordinates to these chests will be announced at intervals, and your challenge is to get to them before anyone else. These items will be of great use during the FFA (see below).

    After the chest chase, everyone will be given 10 minutes to prepare for an FFA event. Everyone will be able to warp to the arena. The warp will then be removed, and PvP will be enabled - May the best player win!

    FFA Rules / Restrictions
    - Shop will be disabled
    - Enderpearls will be disabled
    - God apples will not be allowed into the arena
    - Team FF will be force enabled
    - Teaming of any sort will not be allowed, and will result in disqualification
    - Everyone has 1 life, meaning once you die, you cannot return to the arena
    - There is no kit, so bring your own gear. You may bring whatever you wish.
    - Blocks cannot be broken or placed

    To enter, you simply need to turn up!

    Items will spawn occasionally in the centre of the arena that can be picked up. These can be anything from potions to god apples.

    ☰ When

    Date: Saturday, 16th June
    Time: 5PM UTC / 6PM BST / 10AM PDT / 1PM EDT / 7PM CEST

    This is 2h before the scheduled reset time.

    ☰ Prizes

    1st: 1 month Global ELITE & their name as a dragon name in the new End event
    2nd: 1 month Global MVP
    3rd: 1 month Global VIP

    ☰ Conclusion

    Chest chase, followed by FFA - We hope to see as many of you there as possible for this event. Make sure to prepare in advance, and if you don't have enough gear yet, there is still time to get on Raid and make some!
    After the event we may unprotect spawn and give everyone TNT!

    A good question - Any booster that is activated will have it's effects removed in the FFA arena. This is to allow speed potions to play a part in the event.
