This game simply isnt what it used to be and it never will be again, too many hackers have ruined that as well as P2W things, and its a minecraft server which minecraft is cool and all but not a game that people play forever, like most games people move on and minecraft servers are hard to attract new players since people can take your idea and make the same thing with a different server name, and there are too many battle royal games already, making one on minecraft (if there isnt one already) will attract players for a short while but after a month or so they will go back to fortnite or PUBG. only chance to bring back old players is bring back original maps or something else original. and to attract new players i dunno, but no way is this a fix, decent idea at the very least.

It's not just brawl. Pretty much every major minecraft server has lost a lot of players. Mineplex had under 1000 players at one point in the last few weeks.

Huh, the account mcleaks gave me is a joker skin. How ironic.

You know who I am, no need to explain further. When I heard the news, it really didn't surprise me. You may ask why I'm here, well the reason is simple - Explore the vintage wreckage this place have to offer. Truly, it was fun before. Truly, it was meaningful before. But look around you now, what is there? Nothing. This had so much potential, yet nothing ever happened. What brought success to this game? The player amount? The content? It's the community. Wild West is a game which doesn't require an extremely large player base to be enjoyed, in fact, having an extremely large player base can potentially hurt the gamemode. Think about it, if everyday you get on, you only see new faces, how boring would the game be? A small but dedicated player base is the key to success for games like these. Just like in the old days, I get on, there's crow and Dsawemd. We go after eachother with adrenaline rushing through our blood. We know each other, we know each other's play styles, each other's skills, sometimes even each other on a personal level. That's the core of Wild West - The interactions with people you see. You make friends with them, or enemies. It's how I started, and it's surely the best time I've had. Of course as you all know things got out of control in the end, but what were you wanting? Me out of the food chain? Happy life afterwards? Never have to worry about some maniac called Mingo coming after you ever again? It's a part of the game my friend.

Now you have it, me out of the picture, how's life? Perfect as you imagined? Fun game for everyone? Or the opposite?

Answer this question for me: Why are you playing this game?
The experience you get between you and other people?
The experience you get for having the most money?
Or is it the satisfaction of killing others?

Now think which one of this would you want today?
There's barely any people to interact with.
What's the point of having the most money if there's nobody who even cares.
How will you get the satisfaction if there's nobody to kill?

Everything that happens in the game is simply apart of it, there is no right or wrong.
Sheriff abuse is a part of the game, so is complaining about it.
Toxicity is also a part of the game, same with actions taken about it.
As you'd expect, the most problematic one - Cheating. And yes, of course. Cheating is also a part of the game. It's perfectly okay to deny that you're cheating, don't take this personally as that I'm not accusing of anybody. Deep in our hearts we all know, that we've either cheated or have thought about cheating. Do you know anyone who cheats? Do you cheat yourself? I do admit that I've cheated one point while playing, and everyone who were close to me have told me that they've cheated as well. In fact I don't know a single person that have not cheated in some sort. Minecraft is a game that does not have anti-cheat. It can't detect if you are using a cheat client or not. Which makes everything a lot easier compared to other games, and the majority take advantages of that. It's just a part of the game I'm not trying to justify cheating, just simply explaining why cheating is a part of all video games in general.

I didn't have any interest to play after the unban for a reason. The game has lost it's colors. The feeling of excitement just wasn't there anymore. There's nothing to work for in this game, which makes me to reconsider why to even spend the time and play anymore. Personally I played for the interaction with people and the satisfaction of killing others. The game offered none of it. Pretty much everyone I spoke to were just "informal" people who are friends with you one day and betrayed you before you could blink an eye. People I met after the unban were simply not like the people back then who cared about "reputation" "loyalty" "respect".

Of course another major part of the game is Back Stabs.
I was back stabbed multiple times by the least expected people.
Someone who became a reputable person after I saw some potential in him when he was nobody.
Someone who was my closest associate since the beginning, along the way, towards the end. Stabbed me in the back after our friendship started to fade for his own benefits.
Sure I've seen pretty painful back stabs too.
Someone who was back stabbed by his closest friend, why do I know this person is close to him? He had a lot of private information about him and unfortunately for him, this person helped me.

I shall not go deeper into this topic as that it's quite controversial.

This post is not to criticize/call out/insult anyone. It's just what I feel about this whole thing.

This game meant a lot of me, obviously. Or else I wouldn't be writing a book about it. Either way, it's a great game, and surely it has became old, much like most of us. It offered us a great time, and the one in a lifetime experience. We're all in separate places in our lives right now. I wish you all good luck, it's the least I can do.
