    A helpful command that can be executed by users with the Jmod rank and higher (not essential but worth working on in spare time).

    The command would disable a certain class (or all classes) from picking up or stealing the flag. It would be very helpful for matches which have a rule regarding ninja caps and also helpful for events and mini games that don't use flags (such as Medic Races).

    This helps eliminate trolling/confusion and the chances of a ninja picking up the flag even though there are 5 other players/classes huddled on top of it.

    It's already possible to lock flags completely, but that applies for all classes. This is definitely useful for competitive use in matches etc. I wanted to make a match server update for a while now, I'll include this. soon™
