Idea Clan tags: buying for credits

Let's bring these back from mcpvp, and update them slightly to fit the brawl ecosystem.

The first concern that brawl would have is to make sure these don't step on the toes of cosmetic tags, because they make money off those. To that end I suggest clan tags be differentiated from cosmetic tags by being cheaper, but more limited:

-same appearance of mcpvp clan tags, gray text in brackets
-limited in length, maybe 4-5 letters
-sold for 10000 credits/1.99 USD (can be adjusted, I don't know the conversion between credits and dollars)
-can use both tag types at the same time
-either changeable at any time or for a small credit fee, like 200 or something

CTF team specific ideas:

-reserve the tags of CTF teams and whitelist each member to be able to choose them (potentially too much effort needed on the part of staff, plus team rosters change all the time)
-alternatively, make a system for registering clans, where the clan owner can whitelist people, and preregister the CTF teams before anyone else can get to them (potentially too much coding effort)
-alternatively, no restrictions on clan tags at all (could lead to trolling)
