When I first started playing, I was pretty dang good.
I remember getting a 43-10 with an m16 on my 3rd day of playing.
I got better and better but due to my recent inactivity I suck again
This was my reaction when I found I was demoted and that I had no skills whatsoever when I came back

Ah, but the thing is, my fancy schmancy MacBook Pro trackpad has a few nifty traits: you can press with two fingers to get a right click. So to quick scope I tap with one (to scope) and then tap with two (to shoot) in quick succession. However, no matter how large your trackpad is, a mouse will always be faster.

 

Not that good really... didn't give a care for aiming, or whatever, I just went around with AK47 in every match before prestige and whooped butt. I got 74-18 once at level 16 with AK. But unfortunately, I didn't know, or even care what KDR was until 31+...

 

I used to use a track pad till I got my new computer and my kdr was 1.8

At the beginning I didn't start asking questions, raging and fixing a point at what lvl I would stop. Result: I never stopped

 

Haha it's pretty easy you just have to make your shooting into control. Then click for zoom, control for shoot

 

I was a big noob. Deal with it. But yes, I was kind of good. I learned the gameplay in the first day
I was using my L118A until I unlocked M4A1, then using that until I got AK-47. When I reached level 28 I bough the Value Pack, and from then using the Minigun. Right after I got prestige, I started using my LAW. When I first got level 34, I started using my Flamethrower. And I continued using this until I got the ISO not long ago.

 

I have to give my "Reason to be a good player" to @mafiaferret on Mc-war. Without him inviting me to FLUX that one day I would just have been a player. Sure I would of been a player of talent, but surprised talent mind you. Without Mafiaferret saying "Get 10 nukes and your in " I probably would have been an unknown player.
Anyways when I started playing and when I play now are two completely different things. Not because of skill level, just the fact that I did not know the map layout. No matter what the game is that I play I start out bad, of course everyone does, but after I know the map by golly it is way more entertaining and I can soar through the ranks.
One quick tip to having a greater gaming experience and becoming a better player, know the map layout by heart.
To be honest though my Father was the one who got me to be a great gamer. Sure I always had a talent for gaming, but without him totaling stomping me every match in Quake, Doom, or Halo Combat Evolved I would have never learned the strategies and tips to become a good player. That is why I thank my Father, for showing me video games, for beating me, and for never going easy on me when I complained (I mean come on! The guy never let me win, ever. ).
