City Ninja Service is owned by Tuong Lu Kim, an expert in stealth and martial arts. His service has been hired by Mitch Connor, a con-artist who fought in Vietnam. Mr Kim uses City Wok as a restaurant front for the service. He is not a man to be messed with; he is a prominent member in the asian crime syndicate and singlehandedly ended the turf war against City Sushi in 2011 by murdering its owner, Junichi Takiyama. Wing Han Tsang runs City Wok together with her husband Tuong Lu Kim. She is a singer/songwriter with several hits.

Purpose
City Ninja Service is a ninja squad. We are looking to play matches against other squads and teams. The following match rules for City Ninja Service must be agreed on for every match:
- no ninja limit
- unlimited ninja capping
- ghosting is allowed
