[April Fools] Ref Rank - Application Wave I

Hi Brawlers,

We are looking for active members of the CTF community who are interested in helping us as match referees! As PPMs and matches are gaining popularity, it has become a problem that there is very often no staff member around that is able to set up a match. To completely fix this forever, we are introducing a new rank: The Ref Rank!

Refs are volunteer community members that have knowledge in teams and match rules, and are active and trusted in the community!

Once you joined our team, you will be required to do a number of tasks including:

• Having a good understanding of standard match rules (MMR)
• Having a solid knowledge of CTF maps, or know how to look them up
• Setting up maps on the match server, as well as rules and limits
• Ensuring all rules are followed during a match
• Reporting scores of official matches to a committee member
• Having fun!

As a ref, you also get certain perks:

• A yellow name tag in-game:
  
• Access to relevant commands to set up a match
• All ELITE features (Access to all classes, cosmetics, monthly tokens, etc.)

Members of the ref team will be required to join the Ref discord which we use as a platform of communication, and where you as a ref can learn how to use the commands in-game to set up a match.
