    THe server restarted approx. 15 minutes ago, and when I try using /xpbottle or /bottle xp, I get the dreaded 'An internal error has occurred while attempting to perform this command'. It worked before the restart.

    My guess is that there was a change in Java code and the reboot committed that change.
