Intro Return of Hardcore Games?

    Hi!




    I have a proposal/idea that I think could be considered by the devs and I wanted to share it with you all.



    Anyways, I’ve been playing Minecraft for years now and one game that I always loved back when I was younger was the mc-hg Hardcore Games. I know that this gamemode has since been shut down but I think it would be worth considering bringing it back. It used to bring hundreds, if not thousands, of players to the servers every day and it gave Minecrafters a platform on which they could practice something (Getting better at pvp and souping).




    With the new Battle Royale craze happening around the world, as well as a boost in Minecraft’s popularity (seemingly out of nowhere), brawl.com could potentially benefit by bringing back the Hardcore Games. Old players will undoubtedly return and new players who hear about a battle royale in Minecraft will flock to these servers. It would only take a bit of advertising.




    I'd love to hear other people's opinions and perhaps even hear from a staff member on their thoughts. This side of Minecraft was so fun back when it was around and deserves a second chance. For those of you haven't heard of the Hardcore Games because you didn't play back then, look up YouTube channels like BadBoyHalo or Rinoranchero and find their hardcore game gameplay.​

    I would love to have HG back, it was one of the best gamemodes out there to me. If they bring back HG I would reapply and come back with guns blazing to do what I can to help with HG and maybe share a doc that I had held off from sharing.

    I loved HG when McPVP was still around, I think Brawl should have kept the gamemode.

    Everyone does, but that's how things are sometimes. There's a few servers around (and one in particular releasing quite soon) that I can recommend, but only on request because advertising and all ¬u¬

    Some stuff come and go, their is substitute servers that kinda are similar to McPVPs HG but well they aren’t just the same but the other servers do a good job replicating it though I’ll give them that.

    Unfortunately, we just don't have a large enough playerbase to have a HG gamemode anymore. If Brawl's playerbase increases enough, I will attempt to revive HG (it is the main reason I joined the staff team in the first place) - but for now, any efforts to revive it would be in vain.

    Yeah their would be no point of reviving it if nobody is going to play it. Like I said their is substitute servers that have a higher player base.

    There have been a few servers that have stepped up to the plate and revived hg, you can still hop into a game with like 40-50 people (cant name these servers). Germany am I right?
