Idea Repetitive Map Rotation

    I've been noticing this more and more ever since CTF maps started to be publicly tested. For some reason the RNG code tends to choose a small pool of around 10 maps and repeats it constantly.

    Here are some solutions I'd like to propose to fix this:

    Only have a map repeat when every single map in the current rotation has been played

    Only set maps on a new lobby that are not active in other lobbies
    (e.g. Don't set Blackout on CTF 1 if Blackout is already on CTF 3)
