Allowing auto tpyes macro (no opening chat)

explain how only allowing macros that open chat favors certain players outside of them having a better mouse?

 

they're still required to use macros that open chat, you can do that with laby

 

you can, 5zig also allows this and possibly badlion (not sure)

 

@tallscot You'll always be against players like Tdaddy and I, because we're not in your friend group. This would be a majorly different thread without your constant negativity towards players like us. We want FAIR representation in the trusted chat. Not toxic players who belittle and bully everyone. Banning long time players that play legit, and aren't malevolent is stupid.

The rules need to be changed, losing good players to minor broken infractions is plain stupid.

This video shows the how nothing changes with gameplay using the macro. If anything we don't even use the macro in fights, we use it when we're running around lololol.

Even if command macros that didn't open chat WERE made to be allowed, you would remain banned, as would every account that was banned for it previously because you abused it while it was considered a cheat.

a) as tallscot said you can't have a single server with different rules to the rest of the network
and b) use your brain boomer, if you don't have to open chat you can, oh I don't know, RUN AROUND AND AVOID GETTING SHOT WHILE SPAMMING COMMANDS

 

^ Something that I would like to reiterate. From reading this thread, I can sense that you guys think you would get unbanned if we decided to allow chat macros that don't open chat. But you will not get unbanned. We will not retroactively unban players that were banned for use of macros before they were allowed.

 

Just because someone comes in here from another gamemode doesn't mean that they can't speak their mind boomer, in this case he didn't agree with you. If he did, you wouldn't be saying none of this.

 

So basically you're saying you cheated and can't be assed to a) reassign a key on your keyboard or b) code the macro yourself and are now crying to be unbanned?

bro again, even if auto tpyes macros were made to be allowed, if you upload clips from when they weren't allowed you would still be banned. in other words, you would have to record entirely new clips from after it was made allowed in order to upload a montage without the blacked out chat

 

It‘s still a discussion revolving around you wanting a rule changed so you don’t get banned for cheating which automatically means the entire server would be affected

 

That seems reasonable considering things like Synapse are also downloadable; as an argument against those saying Laby/Badlion etc. are also downloadable advantages.
