This class was around even before I got here 5 years ago, and it's always caught attention in some way every now and then. However, as every CTF regular can confirm, Dwarf has lost its purpose with the creation of modern, spacious flag rooms. The additional advocacy of projectile utilities for classes has also restricted Dwarf's kill pool even further.

So... what can we do to help out the most outdated CTF class?

I believe the first course of action should be to evaluate the class as it stands currently. When I first joined MCPVP around 2014, Dwarf was probably one of the most overpowered defense classes for two reasons:
    1) Map making in 2014 was sketchy for obvious reasons.
    2) Dwarf had no limit to its sword level charging.
Mid-game Dwarfs that weren't killed would eventually be able to oneshot literally every class by level alone, and Chemist only made the process faster. The Slowness II effect was the only thing preventing dwarf from being the ultimate hybrid class... but I'm pretty sure back then Medic healing would remove it, so there were probably legitimate Dwarf captures in the distant past. Some years later, it became apparent that a limit was needed for Dwarf's ability, and thus they lowered it further and further, with a current level limit of 10. While Sharpness 10 isn't not overpowered, one common theme has rendered Dwarf's raw power practically useless on most maps; that theme is simply the improvement of maps over time. While there are a few exceptions, you still never see a Dwarf get MVP naturally, whereas in 2014 it was one of the go-to ways for racking up credits quickly.

With all of this in mind, there appears to be one constant factor that ultimately dethroned Dwarf from it's olden glory: Newer, better, smarter maps (flag rooms). Obviously we aren't going to revert to 2014 maps to restore a single class' usefulness, so as with every other class, we will have to rework Dwarf so that it doesn't get left in the closet as a required class for 4 achievements. These are just a few of my suggestions, but feel free to leave your own below:

    Kill Chainer
All items remain the same. Slowness II effect remains, but hunger bar is set to full. Increasing your killstreak during each life grants the following rewards:
    - 1ks = Sharp 2
    - 3ks = Sharp 4 Fire Aspect 1
    - 6ks = Sharp 6 Fire Aspect 2
Trades raw damage for some mobility, which in some cases could result in more damage dealt over time.

    Burst Effect
All items remain the same. Slowness II effect and hunger remain the same. Level cap is lowered to 5, and a new ability is added: Right-click sword to enter a sort of frenzy, replacing Slowness II with Speed II for 5 seconds. 30 second cooldown.
