    What kind of proof can i give?
    Like a recording of my bro saying he was using my account?

    I don't think a recording of him saying it will get you unbanned.
    All you have to do is be like "Hey help me out and say you were hacking"
    If you have proof that your brother was using your computer and installed the hacks at the time it happened, that will help.
    Without any proof, its just your words.

    So your brother installed hacks onto your game, logged on, and used spider hacks?
    Highly unlikely.

    Just buy a unban for $10.00. Also Why would a six year old install a hacked client and access the .minecraft and do what ever to install it :L
