Complete Moon observatory

feels like a very odd mixture of og Halo and Airlock

my main concerns:
- with the size of this map and the placement of structures, each archer would basically be restricted to the flag room structure in comp, leaving a vast majority of the work for roaming defense
- given the right circumstances, a ninja can 2 pearl capture quite easily, which again means that roam is a bit nerfed here
- the flag room itself looks very tedious to navigate if you aren't a soldier or elf, and the terrain in between the flags is far too open for roam to catch up to things like Chemist and Elf
