[Event] Hide & Seek 2021

Hello CTF'ers,
During the break between Season 1 and Season 2, we decided to host another Hide & Seek Event!
The last Hide & Seek Event was ~2years ago! The rules will be similar to the last event.

The event will take place on the 6th March 2021 at 3 pm est.

Size: 20 players.


How the Event will go:
• Out of the player pool there will 4 players that will be picked to be a seeker. This is done through randomizing.
• Once you have been seeker you can't become seeker again.
• The others (unpicked) will be the hiders!
• The event will be in-game, so we can track who gets found out and who does not.
• We will tell you when to log on.
• Red Team = Seekers, Blue Team = Hiders
• Hiders will get ~2 minutes to find a proper spot to hide
• After the time runs out, the seekers will log on and start to search for the hiders.
• To successfully find a hider, as seeker you will need to kill them.
• When found, you will be eliminated and have to wait until the next round to participate.
• Each round of Hide & Seek will last for 10 minutes.
• If all hiders are found, the seekers win, if at least one hider stays alive until the time runs out, all hiders win.
• We will announce when a hider has been eliminated

RULES:
• Follow Brawl's rules.
• Don't block glitch.
• Don't log out during the round.
• Once eliminated, you are not allowed to give any hints to either side.
• You can move freely around, as seeker or hider.
• Join the according call for the full duration of the event.
• Secret rooms will be disabled, don't try to hide/enter them!
• If any of these rules are not followed you will get disqualified.


PRIZES:
• Winning 3 Rounds as a Hider: 3 cosmetics of the winner's choice.
• Winning 2 Rounds as a Hider and 1 as a Seeker: 3 cosmetics of the winner's choice.
• Winning 2 Rounds as a Hider: 3 cosmetics of the winner's choice.
• Winning just as a Seeker: 1 cosmetic of the winner's choice.

When chosen as a Seeker:
• Your goal is to find every Hider and kill them
• You will get specific equipment that will help you find them easily

When chosen as a Hider:
• Your goal is to hide and not get found by the seekers. You will have at the start of each round enough time to find a good spot
• When eliminated you will respawn in the blocked off spawn and one moderator will switch you to the seekers. You won't get any rewards if you find hiders nor the win won't count towards the round
• Be sure to change your hiding spot mid-round to make it more challenging for seekers.
• Hiders will still be able to fight back, be aware!
