Idea /testmap command

The idea is for people who like to build ctf maps on build, when the map owner wants to test their ctf map they can with the /testmap command, the command will allow the owner to view the map with the flags in the flag room and be able to test soldier wall climb and ninja enderpearls, they can also test the double soulsand and to decide if to add or remove stuff in their map. The command is toggle, you do /testmap to enable it and /testmap to disable it.

Edit: I forgot to add if a map doesn’t have the ctf signs like flag and restrict and the map owner does that command it would do nothing
