Elf cap without wind achievement is not working

    I was playing with 16 other players (more than the minimum of 10 required) today and I have done every other elf achievement apart from the steal and cap without wind element.
    So I went to steal and capped without using the wind element (and I am sure I didnt use it), however I didnt get the achievement?
    Please can someone tell me if this is a bug or something isnt working?

    The only other thing I dont know about is in the achievement menu it says the achievement is locked and it is red.... Is that why it didnt work? If so how do I make it so its not locked?
