Party March 2022 Map Update

Hey party animals, I finally have an update to push out after a few months of not being able to get anything out. Thanks to the competition from this month and a few extra maps added in, we have 15 new party maps. These are the new maps that are being added in.

Hide & Seek: Map 455453 configured by Kobaltsar and Carnotauros
Smoke Monster: Map 461516 configured by Kobaltsar

Bomb Arena: Map 463352 by Metairie and Map 463354 by Fourr_

We've also removed some maps from rotation to make room for some of the new maps. These maps were removed based on community and staff feedback.

A few minor changes that came alongside this update in terms of gameplay:

- Frogger timer down from 2:00 to 1:30
- Added compass to Smash to show you the nearest player
- Price to bet coins is down from 15 to 5
- Bomb Arena now shows what powerups you've collected in your hotbar
