    flares = unbearable lag

    Players have been gathering a large supply of flares and spamming them to abuse lag... makes the game unplayable.

    I found this out, it only happens on server 10 I have noticed, hope it is fixed.
    I also told Putty about this error, and I believe he is going to be fixing this ASAP.
