    Xgen is a cool sounding name :stuck_out_tongue:
    I think that 31+ is setting the bar a bit high for starting though, recruit some lower level players first and then work your way up as the clan builds momentum
    EST's first 5 members were level 15, but they were really good, I also recruited a level 48 to mod EST, one mod, 5 members, then you can set the bar higher

    disc222 needs to decide if he wants to continue XGEN or not. If he does, he need to put a request on the Q&A forum to restore him as clan leader. If he doesn't then, go 8vo!
