    WARNING!
This thread is meant to be educational for every new and old, player of McWar. Please respect staff members, and don't start flame war.
All perks are purchased here: http://mcwar.buycraft.net/

These are 5 best perks in my opinion, this is meant as an informative guide, for people wanting to donate, along with the fact that this thread includes best strategies, tips&tricks, etc.

    Perk Number 1
    Scavenger
Price: 3 US dollars ($)=1.83 British Pounds (£)=2.20 euros.
This perk is a must for every player to get, it is very useful, as it gives you some % of ammo back per kill. I believe, it was 1/4 of ammo back, but I am not sure, correct me if I'm wrong.

This perk is useful with nearly any type of weapons, even snipers. It is very recomended, for automatic weapons, like M4A1, Famas, Lemantation, upcoming SMGs, etc.

However, it is still possible to run out of ammo with this perk, mainly because of not conservating ammo, for instance, with skullcrusher, which drains in almost 15 bursts without getting extra ammo. If you conserve ammo with your primary, and use secondary wisely, you will be deadly with this perk, as it almost provides you with infinite ammo. I have played with lots of different guns, and this perk is very useful with donator weapons. I have managed to run out of ammo for both primary and secondary weapons while using this perk.

    Perk Number 2
    Sleight Of Hand
Price: 3 US dollars ($)=1.83 British Pounds (£)=2.20 euros.
This second most useful perk, great for snipers and for guns with slow reload, it basically makes your gun reload quicker by 1/2 of the time, it is perfect for few gamemodes, correct me if I am wrong.

This perk is great for gamemodes like FFA, gungame, and in some circumstances in TDM and even CTF. The famous 'Isolator' sniper is best when combines with this perk, however, you drain on ammo faster than with scavenger. The perk is awesome for weapons like skullcrusher in FFA, because it makes its reload speed quicker, meaning the fact that you can take down more enemies in shorter time. It works well in gungame, too!

However, the perk isn't affecting your gameplay as much as it used to, for instance, this perk was great for infect with law, now, after it has gotten many nerfs, it has lost its greatest strenght, but it may return after update. The ammo might problem for players who are not as good with precision shooting. From experience, this is a great perk and very useful, I have managed to nuke with it few times, using skullcrusher, but it still helps me out whenever I am using Iso on warsong, dday2 and on other sniping maps.

    Perk Number 3
    Marathon
Price: 3 US dollars ($)=1.83 British Pounds (£)=2.20 euros.
This perk is like made for both CTF and infect gamemodes, as it gives you infinite sprint. This perk is very useful for Capture The Flag gamemode, when you are focusing on the objective, where it is easy to rush in the flag site, you grab the flag, and you have 50% victory xD
It gives you infinite sprint, however, there is an exploit I may not tell you.

This perk is useful while using weapons with a lot of ammo, such as iso, model1887 or even with l118a. It has proven its mighty-ism by giving me the chance to win for a team, although, the perk very passively affects your game, but you feel free, no running out of sprint or related. The perk itself is unpopular between pros, but I prefer it in infection gamemode, where I can suicide, then I have infinite sprint, with speed effect, making me stronger and able to take down more enemies. It is fun to use it in oitc, as you can catch people a lot quicker.

However, the perk is unpopular between pro players, who prefer scavenger over other perks. I still use it for experimental loadouts or sometimes for CTF, unless it is summit or a good map on which I use a certain weapon type. This perk still has some use with rushing, like you could maybe charge in with a recoilless rifle, and maybe rack up on kills. Whenever I think of a good class with this perk, it reminds me of a 'Scout' class in Team Fortress2. It is still strategic, if you don't have any other perks, like one of my friends had 2 perks, one of them was marathon. He worked as a great support, who could rush in buildings, while I could cover him. The teamwork is a key.

    Perk Number 4
    StoppingPower
Price: 3 US dollars ($)=1.83 British Pounds (£)=2.20 euros.
This perk is great for people that want to kill stuff faster. It basically makes you deal 1 heart extra damage. It has proven to be very effective on weapons like famas, skullcrusher and even on model1887. It is great for any gamemode, besides oitc, as all pistols 1-shot players. It has proven large effectiveness in gungame, as it makes your weapon deal extra damage. In TDM/CTF you are deadly, if you combine it with skullcrusher and python, as it gives you near 1-shot ability.

This perk useful with shotguns, making them even more deadlier, even with minigun, in a small ffa map where you die quickly, it can be the main reason why you won that game. I reccomend trying weapons like Ak47 or even typhoid with this perk, as it makes bad guns really powerful. Some of you use snipers, but it can be bane of armor, if combined with l120_isalotor sniper rifle, which is 1-hit kill without special armor. If you use this perk with a weapon that drains quickly on ammo, I suggest MVP or VIP ranks, to be purchased, because you get ammo boost with both of these ranks, so you won't have to worry about ammo as much as usually when using this perk.

However, this perk has the 'ammo' problem, as you can get a lot of kills in tdm, but 4 shots, and you are out of ammo, that happens rarely to me, but I know that it might happen to some players. Back in summer when LAW, the rocket launcher, was very powerful, people used StoppingPower pretty often, because it made their law even more powerful. And LAW never has ammunition problem, because of 64 rockets it gets. I prefer this perk for both ffa and gungame, as it is nice in general.

    Perk Number 5
    Juggernaut
Price: 3 US dollars ($)=1.83 British Pounds (£)=2.20 euros.
This perk is ultimate juggernaut tool. You take 1/3 less damage from bullets, making you very strong, but this perk doesn't affect your weapon, so it is more for survival. There is this nice combination which makes you invicible, by using superarmor item. You can create custom 'heavy' or 'juggernaut' classes with this perk. It is compatible with almost every gamemode, besides oitc, where all guns are instant-kill.

This perk is mainly useful for gamemodes like FFA, gungame, and sometimes on TDM/CTF, if you use a weapon with either high capacity, or pretty wisely, because this is like a 'bullet sponge' type. Also, this perk is nice for people who want to not die on high killstreaks. People still use scavenger and armor, but it is expensive. This is in-fact a sweet perk to have in infection gamemode, where if you are a root zombie, you can get even stronger, imagine: a zombie in 'Superarmor', with a resistance bonus and with 'Juggernaut' perk.

However, this perk doesn't really affect gunplay by that much. You just take less damage from guns, but it is still worth it, you can make few custom classes.(custom class tutorial along with types will be released in March/April). I think that this perk isn't the most useful one, however, you will prefer it in open maps, where people die a lot, or even in close-quarter maps, where you need those few health points to stay alive, after being shot by shotgun. This works just like armor, but you don't have to spend money every game for it, however, you don't get scavenger or any other cools perks.

    After reading
Thanks for reading my guide. Special thanks to Orange and McBrawl staff for bringing these awesome perks to life. I hope that this helped for non-donors, or people who are willing to donate, but they don't know for what to donate for. I really hope that this helped, because I spent great effort on looking up on internet, testing classes, weapons, effects, etc. I would really appreciate positive feedback, along with constrictive critic, which would help me to improve my posts in the future. At the same time, positive ratings keep me motivated for posting and releasing new content, to make your day.

This is meant as an informative guide from a player's perspective along with reccomended weapons and best usage of perks. In donation guide there is only perk info, nothing about best weapons to be used with, etc.

You said typhoid is bad, but it really isn't even without stopping power.

Typohid is good with stopping power and/or scavenger.
You might conserve MVP rank to be bought for typhoid, mainly because you get ammo bonus.

    Dis.
You don't need scavenger when you have VIP/MVP. That extra 40 shots easily can get you 10-15 kills not including your default ammo and extra ammo you get from your "extra ammo" killstreak.

Very detailed and informative. It goes into good detail on when to use the perk, what guns to use them with, and what they are not needed for. We may already have a donation guide, but I believe this one is a little more detailed from the perk perspective. I can tell you put some effort into this :v

Check the wiki for the latest updates on the perks.
Please don't grave dig. That is when you post a unneeded reply on an old thread.
Although this is a guide and thus cannot be locked by a gravedig normally, just letting you know about it.
Oh yeah, and the wiki is here -

I personally prefer speed over marathon, it's really good for gungame where every one is everywhere.

    scroob
Scav is useless in gungame, every perk is better than it in gungame in my opinion.
