    We already have 5 SMGs, out of which 4 are really good. I ain't sure if we need more. Also, feel free to suggest these guns.

    Mac10, MP7, UMP45, PP90M1, and P90

    The Skullcrusher is more useful than this weapon since it can get more rounds downrange.
    The reload is actually not fast; it's the second slowest in the whole game, second to the Isolator and LAW (5 seconds).
    A 3 second reload would be better.
    It may have a nice suppressed firing sound, but that won't matter since you cannot hear any weapons shot by others save for sniper rifles, anyways.
    Accuracy values? (reference wiki)
