    And once you get beyond Titans, genders get a bit blurred. I believe before titans are beings known as premordial deities. Some of them aren't even strictly human. The
    Titans' stepdad, Tartarus is a massive hole in the ground....

    Also, I was wrong, Chronos is not Chaos's homosexual partner. Ananke and Chronos were the first ever beings and together they created heaven and earth. Their child was Chaos, the gap between Heaven and Earth and Chaos's children were the first generation of deities, Nyx, Erebus, Tartarus, Uranus and Gaia.

    While they also put away gender, they also put away relationships mostly.. like all of this is mostly incest which was a major disrespect in ancient Greece.

    It also doesn't mention actually having children, it's more that Chronos and Ananke 'created' Chaos, the gap between Heaven and Earth and Chaos in turn 'created' his five children.

    But the only plausible way to the children would be birth by sex.
    I don't see any adoption centers mentioned in early Greek mythology. xD

    But yes essentially they just poofed in. :confused:

    It's all very confusing as different sources say different things about primordial deities. Nothing is particularly agreed on until Gaia creates the Titans with Uranus and the Giants with Tatarus

    Indeed. Over the centuries, the Christian diety 'God' has sort of merged with Chaos, so we're not really sure what originated from Greek mythology. Only the most well-known myths are mostly viewed the same by everyone, for example Zeus and his siblings killing Cronus, but who knows, even that might not have been what was imagined in Ancient Greece.
