    I would say it's not 100%. And you have to have more than 2.0 kdr (I think :L)

    there are no requirements, just seriously impress on of the mods, and then you are just considered as a possible member. (from my skype chats with booflame)

    On topic: After I realized that there are ragers in Feyz, I am making torkil, radkit and poske to rage so bad. I might reconsider joining once I get a new computer....
