Sorry for not replying to this thread, so soon. I believe that you have the highest chances of anyone currently applying. There is a not a single bad thing I can say against you, and so for all the reasons stated above:

Alright, I am going to grade this specially, meaning I will look at everything. I rarely do this. I will judge on your application mainly, and get to you as a person later in the post.

Let us start with activity, you clearly have the forum and in game activity, but TS is also needed. We already discussed this in off topic, I hoped you would put your application off for a moth at least so you can get on TS. I do not have TS, but I think you can chat in it. Even if you can do this, it is something. Activity in the trinity is needed, but there are good exceptions.
Length and Detail next. This is not the longest app, but again it is not short. It is detailed, which is good. I would like to point out that you did not say how active and helpful you are in game for the first question. You only listed forums and TS.
Now onto Grammar/Fluency. In a polite way, it is not the greatest. I have read your application a few times, and to me your sentences seem to run on. Towards the beginning, your sentences are really choppy, and they do not flow easily. This is personal preference, but I feel you used "..." a little to many times where they were not needed. Another point I would like to make for the first question, you said "I'm sorry" three times. This was not needed, especially the last one. Aside from these issues, there are some minor errors in punctuation and such. I feel you used similar words to many times in a few sentences, such as the word "friendly".
Next we have Moderation Proof. I know of (I think I know Brawler's server) both servers you are a moderator for. However, I do know that freak's server is still in development. That means you really do not have much moderation experience over people. It is not really proof for me, it is experience on performing your duties.
Then, experience of Minecraft. I can not say anything, there is nothing to really comment on.
Next, greatest strength, weakness, and maturity. Ok, you are very mature. I admire that, really I do. However, your greatest strength is being friendly, I would even say that is your greatest weakness. Of course you have to be nice to everyone, but do not be so nice to call random people friends. Now, most of us on the forums call you a friend, because you have gotten to know what we are like (a bit). If you trust someone too much here, they can easily betray you. You can trust us here, but be careful of others. Another thing, one way I feel you are too trusting is that you posted a picture of yourself on the forums, and I think you said where your high school is. To me, I would not disclose my location on the internet. Most of us do not really care, but you never know who could use this information against you. Word of advice, be nice to everyone, even your enemies, but let them prove they want to be friends with you. I was betrayed by three of my best friends of school. I trusted them too much, and they left me for dead. I grew up with these guys for years, and we did everything together. I would hate for this too happen to you. Just be cautious in the future really with who you call friends.
OOM question now. The answer is good. I like it, nothing else to point out.
Plugins/commands/abusing power. Good. That is all.
Questions to what you would do for various situations on the forums, you answered them well. Nice job on those.

Ok, I think I am done. If anything else comes to mind, I will make an edited paragraph. I did expect a little more from you. I am sorry. However, you are VERY mature. That is your greatest strength to me. Overall and all biased reasons aside, +0. Activity and answers are the pluses, grammar and TS are the negatives. Other points are just neutral things that I would like to point out. So again, +0. I would give it some more time. Good luck though!
