Not to go full nerd, the US has made a law to change munitions of weapons to pass throug and do little damage, outlawing dragons breath, hollow point or rounds that would (if shot in head) would only go through front and ratlle around in head. The standard 9mm amunitoin is now changed to ball ammo. if fired at point blank ( 5 feet ish) in the head at right angle (aka hit just above fore head but still make full contact, u can easily survive.
The law was made to make the muntition not absolutely brutelize and agenize victem

all reserch was done by matthew perkenson and his youtube seriese game theory when he researcher the fall out two head shot survival

 

This is a very thought out thread. But U talked about increasing the magazine capacity on a couple guns. Many snipers hold no more than 5 bullets in a mag, some snipers don't even have magazines. Increasing magazine capacity would be unrealistic. U also stated that the disassembler needs a buff. That is a great idea because of the fact that it is the last sniper available. U also mentioned that the msr needed to be a OSK and a slower ROF. this would essentially make it a mirror of the l120_isolator. The msr is good how it is. This is a great idea but buffing all the snipers in the game would make shotguns, machine guns, and soon to come smg's obsolete. It would make snipers dominant in an already sniper heavy game
