    1. DDoS attacks merely last for a day.
    2. DDoS attacks target your network, not computer.
    3. If you can't open your minecraft launcher, it's not because you're getting DDoSed. You downloaded a virus.

    DDoS attacks last for as long as the assailant wants it to

    He asked a question which was answered. If you don't like his threads don't look at them / ignore him (XenForo feature).

    Yes, but most attacks only last for a few hours.
    After I answered his questions, he edited it.

    It really depends on how determined the attacker is.
