Economy
-
The Wild West economy is a very important aspect of the game, each player can buy and sell different items, although you can choose which kinds of things you're selling, but watch out, don't get caught selling drugs!
Drug Dealing
Drug dealing is the most efficient way of earning a large amount of money in a short period of time, but it is an illegal method, meaning that you will be arrested if caught doing drugs. Sheriffs check each drug post frequently, and players can kill you at will.
Drug dealing is a three step process - harvesting drugs from a drug field, processing the drugs at a drug processor in its own respective base, then finally dealing it at drug dealers.
Types of Drugs

Drug Fields
Each drug has their own individual drug fields, with one located nearby each town. When you enter a drug field, there will be drugs that regenerate over time. Each time a plant is broken, you will receive the drug(s) in your inventory. The amount of drugs collected from one plant depends on your rank.
Normal players receive one drug from one plant.
VIP:
- players receive two drugs from one plant.
MVP:
-players receive three drugs from one plant.
ELITE+:
-players receive four drugs from each plant.
You may collect as much drugs as you want, but keep in mind the time it would take to process all the drugs, and the risk it would bring you!
Rebel Bases
Similar to drug fields, each drug has their own specific rebel base, one found nearby each town. A drug processor is found at different places within a rebel base. Keep in mind a drug processor only processes one type of drug, based on the name the rebel base is. These drug processors turn unprocessed drugs into processed drugs. Depending on the player’s ranks and the type of drug, the time of processing varies. However, the Shrooms Processor will only process your shrooms and nothing else.
Default players process at normal speed, unless there is a Processing Booster active. Processing Boosters can be bought from the Brawl Shop and then activated in-game.
ELITE+ players process 2x faster.
Drug Dealers
Drug dealers are typically found 300-500 blocks behind conductors, though there are some scattered in hidden towns. Drug dealers can also be navigated to with the Navigator. Right clicking the NPC will open up a GUI for selling each type of drug.
When the type of drug is selected, the dealer will ask you how much drugs you would like to sell.
Type the amount into the chat, and the amount of drugs will be sold. If selling drugs is not what you want to do, you may cancel the trade by typing “cancel” in chat. Note that nobody else can see what you have typed in chat.
Cartels
Each drug has their very own cartel as well. Capturing cartels are legal, though it’s only available for capturing if the player is in a team. When a cartel is captured, a notification will appear on everyone’s screen, saying “(Team Name) has captured the (Drug Cartel Name)!”.
To capture a cartel, stand within the cartel for 60 seconds straight. If a cartel was taken before you came there, you would have to stand in it for 60 extra seconds to take the cartel from the other team.
Be aware that other teams may also be capturing the same cartel, and are subject to kill you!
If a drug cartel is captured, 5% of the profit gained from the selling of that drug will be sent to the team balance of the team who captured the cartel.
Mining
Mining is one of legal ways of making money. Compared to drug dealing, mining makes very little money. Sheriffs will not check mines frequently, since it is legal, so keep an eye out for rogues!
Mining is a three step process - mining ores from a mine, processing them at an ore processor and selling them to gem collectors.
Mines
Cordero Mine
Nearby town: Harshaw
Decker Mine
Nearby town: Amarillo
Cumberland Mine
Nearby town: Frisco
Rosebud Mine
Nearby town: Shaniko
Rawhide Mine
Nearby town: Ellsworth
Columbia Mine
Nearby town: Shaniko
Mining
To mine ores, simply break any ores you see. The ores will turn into cobblestone once it’s broken. These cobblestone will regenerate back into ores over time. Unlike drugs, all mines have all the ores, all randomly placed. The ores that can be found are coal, iron, gold, diamond and emerald.
Merchants
Mine Merchants and Food Merchants are found in each mine, selling pickaxes and foods if you ever run out of them.
Ore Processors
Ore processors are NPC’s found within mines and towns that process ores. Upon right click, a GUI will appear.
Click on the ores you want to process to process it. All ores take different times to process. Refer to the table above.
Gem Collectors
Once the ores are processed, you may sell them to gem collectors. Right clicking on the gem collectors would bring you to this GUI.
Select the type of processed ores to sell, then insert the amount.
Once entered, a message will appear to mark the end of the long process.
Tree Farms
Tree farms can be found in every one of the 5 towns in Wild West. These locations include trees which you can chop, and the Lumberjack, the NPC where you are able to sell your chopped wood to.
When chopping wood, using a rifle (actually a retextured axe) to cut the trees will speed things up. But make sure you don't use it too much, otherwise your rifle will break!
Unlike mining, you do not have to process the wood you have collected. Each piece of wood sells for 9 gold ounces.
Indian Camps
Raiding Indian camps are one of the more risky ways of earning money.
