    Using @TomD53's newly discovered Elf glitch, the Horse Squad have combined it with our own memeing abilities to once again instacap on minecraft capture the flag.



    just goes to show all it takes are a few sweaty kids to start a revolution

    when we did it the elf was on the same team as the capper so yes i would assume so

    technically its an exploit because you're not glitching anything you're just using a mechanic of game in a way its meant to work but isn't intended to work

    I knew people were going to use this to cap across the map xDDD
    I thought I posted it somewhere on the forums but I guess I didn't...

    10/10 engineer @Ilostthegame i didn't realize that you guys were ghost capping at that time xD
    then again now I remember trying to find chac as medic and then my compass changed ... and then "wtf how did he cap so fast x'D"

    Oh oops, it seems I accidentally posted this thread in Other > Media > Videos when I meant to post it in Capture the Flag. I could have sworn I posted it there, but I guess I made a mistake. I wanted to put it there to show all of the Minecraft Capture the Flag players how to instantly Capture Flags on Minecraft Capture the Flag, but now that I've made this terrible mistake nobody will be able to see it and learn from this very informative video on the topic of Minecraft Capture the Flag. It also sucks since I included Minecraft Capture the Flag gameplay that I was thinking my fellow Minecraft Capture the Flag players would enjoy seeing but since Minecraft Capture the Flag-ers tend to stay in the Capture the Flag section of the forums, I'm afraid the Minecraft Capture the Flag community might miss this thread. :frowning: Could a forum moderator please help me out and move it to the Capture the Flag section where it belongs? ~~~~~Thank you! :smile: :smile: :smile:)))))))))))))))))

    also since i bothered to make this post the reason i referred to it as a glitch is because we had the elf on the same team as the ninja and friendly elves arent supposed to be able to reflect projectiles. thats the glitch i was talking about, if the elf had been on the other team it would definitely just be an exploit @_Tom__ @TomD53

    @November gorbi myself and a few others have been doing something similar, and although at first you'd think it's extremely op its actually somewhat difficult to do on a populated server.

    On some maps elf can be as op as ninja. I honestly think air arrows are a tad broken.

    I agree with @Miskey, this is actually really hard to pull off on populated servers because the engi has to stay alive in the enemy's base and so does the elf/ninja the other side. If you've managed to do the pearl and stuff correctly, you then have to get past the def. I tried this for a few games with @Miskey, @19lara97 and @TheCoca111 and we only got about 2-3 caps from it. It would have been considerably easier for us to cap the flag normally, so I see no reason as to why this should be classed as 'op' or something that needs attention/fixing.
