I don't get it. Ninja is squishy enough anyway. I didn't even know in the first place that ninja could survive that long against a mage, even elf dies faster.

And for the record, I prefer dogs, cows, and doughnuts.

 

I must disagree with your simile, "as balanced as a goat". Goats are pretty darn balanced.
You mention 2 classes. A goat has four legs to balance itself on. That means that Ninja and Mage each get two legs.
All four legs on a goat are the same length, so what you are saying is that ninja and mage balance each other out through this analogy. This does not appear to be what you are trying to say in this post, so I would advise that you come up with a better comparison.
Just think about it, do you even know what goats are capable of?? Goats can climb mountains. MOUNTAINS!! HOW CAN YOU CLIMB A MOUNTAIN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD BALANCE???

Does this goat look like it's falling off the mountain? NO. It's not even on a flat surface and it still keeps its balance!!

Ninja blocking should have a reduced effect. 50% is way too much damage reduction and makes ghosting easy.
