    Slums isn't a vault map, as that category is a set of maps that were never released into the rotation during the early days of CTF. There was a proposal to expand that to older maps with major flaws, but we don't have a set list yet (other stuff, i.e. reworks and map stuff has been eating up time), so until then, it's fine.
