I think their definitely is potential for your team to become a long standing team. You just need to get the issues with leadership solved out. A team needs a leader and rep who will make sure the team doesn't disband and who can deal with any issues with might come up. If you think you can deal with this and you can keep your team going then don't disband it. It's always hard getting past those early weeks. When templar just got formed we had some issues aswell but after we shifted leadership it got fixed and look now we are 3 years further down the road and still going. So don't give up because a few things aren't going well. Try to form your team around your core members and their friends.

tl;dr: Don't give up, eventually your team will be a success.

 

Well I think you can definitely help this team succeed and you should not give up. Even if many people leave it's not the end of the world. The Templars split in two in the beginning because the germans wanted to create their own team and we lost many members and our leader blamed himself and didn't want to be leader anymore. So I took over and made sure we wouldn't disband after that. It took some time to get the ball rolling but with help of friends it worked. What happens to your team right now is kinda the same. You are losing a lot of members and don't know what to do. It is important that you do not make it look like you want to disband because that only causes more members to leave. If you make it look like you have trust that your team will succeed it will succeed. Just give it some time and make sure people like it in the team. Rome wasn't build in one day either.

 

Honestly if you can fix the problem we have, then I'll gladly stay. For now, this team has been crapped on.

 

Don't do it. First few months that I joined TC, we had like a match a month, had 10 members (6 of which were inactive), and lost horribly every game. Don't disband just because you're going through a rough time. I agree with Snowleak, and your team has a ton of potential in it. The people remaining show themselves as dedicated and loyal, and they will become the core members of your team. Each CTF team is like a tree, constantly growing and changing. Always branching out and connecting with more and more people. Don't kill it before it can reach it's full potential! A pheonix is reborn out of the ashes of it's destruction. My life has been permanently changed by The Crusaders, and meeting new people, creating new friendships with amazing people, and making memories that will never fade. That's the true beauty of being a part of a team. Don't end your's yet.

 

Disband and found a new one, just for a better name

 

Don't give up just because things get hard. Life will always throw curve-balls at you in the hopes of knocking you down. Keep on going though. I'm sure you have the dedication and drive to make xenogenesis great. If you didn't, there'd be no reason for you to write this post. You clearly care deeply for the team. Don't give everything away and I'm sure things will get better.

Don't disband! Show the people who left what they're missing out on and make the best out of the situation. People are replaceable but the bond you have with your team isn't.
