js if you want to join teams you are going to have to create a skype man

 

Going to point out to have a decent chance to join any team you're going to need either skype or discord. Usually teams use one or the other, some have both. We use that kind of thing because in a fight you're going to need to be able to coordinate with other members of the team. If you're not in the match call, then its very difficult to be told where and when you're needed, and having to type in game immobilises other team members making that an inefficient way to do it. It's not always an instant deny to not use a skype/discord/etc. but it seriously improves your chances
